Terms of Sale
- All returns require an RMA number. Returned items must be in
original packaging with cable, manuals, software, etc. Please fill
out the RMA form and fax to (615) 613-0451.
- Products can be returned for credit within fifteen days from the
date of sale and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping
charges are non-refundable.
- Ovation Systems does not warrant against any physical damages or
improper use.
